Cyclops Performance provides athletes with comprehensive strength, mobility, and speed training delivered in a tailored, supervised, and structured environment. Helping you build your capacity in the off-season and pushing to maintain and peak throughout the season, our gym and on-field programs are here for you year-round to ensure you are giving yourself the best chance to be the best athlete you can be.

As part of our Performance Training Program, you will receive

    • Access to a programming app so you can see and keep track of all your current and future workouts
    • Access to our facility in Seven Hills to train up to 5-days/week
    • Comprehensive programming including strength, conditioning and recovery days that are tailored to your schedule
    • Snapshots of your current ability through a physical performance assessment
    • First access and reduced rates for all our other services including performance assessments, physiotherapy, and nutrition
