Commitment to Athletic Excellence
At Cyclops Performance, we are dedicated to developing young athletes through structured, high-performance training. Our program is designed to provide long-term athletic development, ensuring each athlete reaches their full potential in a safe and supportive environment.
Minimum Commitment Requirement
To ensure all athletes gain the full benefits of our program, we require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This commitment is essential for:

Building strength, speed, and endurance progressively.

Reducing injury risks through consistent training.

Ensuring team cohesion and optimal development.
By enrolling in our Performance Program, parents and players agree to this commitment. Early cancellations within this period are not permitted except under extenuating circumstances (see Cancellation Policy below).
Training Expectations

Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions.

If an athlete is unable to attend, we encourage timely communication with the coaching staff.

Missed sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled at the discretion of Cyclops Performance.
Payments & Fees

All payments must be made via direct debit or upfront payment.

Payments are non-refundable except as per Australian Consumer Law.

Late payments may result in suspension from training.

Respect coaches, staff, and fellow athletes.

Arrive on time and be prepared for training.

Maintain a positive and disciplined attitude.

Parents should support their child’s development without disrupting training sessions.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the program.
