Grant is an accredited sport scientist (AES) and is a post-doctoral research fellow at The University of Sydney with research focusing on the impact of extreme heat on sporting performance. Grant has previously worked with Tennis Australia, Football Australia and the National Rugby League (NRL) to help develop strategies for athletes to use during competition. Grant also plays in the first-grade squad at Blacktown City Football Club.
David is the Director of Performance at Cyclops Performance. He is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES), and High-Performance Coach, specializing in strength training, conditioning, and rehabilitation.
He has over 7 years of clinical experience specializing in lower limb musculoskeletal rehabilitation and return to performance. He also has over 5 years’ experience working as a strength and conditioning coach with a range of amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes.
He is a keen surfer and cricketer and also enjoys drone photography in his spare time
Lachlan has a bachelor in Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University (ACU) and provides evidence-based treatment to help athletes return to play and perform. He has experience working with athletes of all ages, namely young NSW NPL players. Lachlan currently plays in the first team at Blacktown City Football Club and has previously played for the Western Sydney Wanderers National Youth League (NYL) team and the Australian schoolboys team.
Lachlan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Dietitians Australia), Accredited Sports Dietitian (Sports Dietitians Australia), and holds a PhD in sports nutrition and exercise physiology from the University of Sydney. He currently works as a lecturer in nutrition and dietetics at Australian Catholic University, teaching Masters of Dietetics students and conducting research in sports nutrition. Lachlan has a wealth of experience working with athletes and the general population. Most recently he worked in Dublin with the elite athlete program at University College Dublin and was the performance dietitian for the Westmeath senior hurling squad. He has previously worked in sports performance in Canada and continues to provide dietary support for Gordon Rugby Union where he has played for almost 20 years.
Soham is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor in Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Sydney and has been working in the Strength and Conditioning industry since 2021. He has experience in working with all ages ranging from our Youth Athletes up to our 1st Grade Men’s and Women’s programs.
Graduating from his Exercise Physiology degree in 2023 he loves to utilise an evidence-based approach to performance and rehabilitation programs for all our athletes.
Harry is an Accredited Exercise Scientist, graduating from the University of Sydney, as well as a Strength and Conditioning Coach here at Cyclops Performance.
He is well experienced in junior and adolescent strength training, having worked in both team sport and high school systems. His key interest areas include working with athletes during their physical preparation for marathon and ultra-marathon events.
Jack graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy, following the completion of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science.
Jack has experience working as a Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Pennant Hills Demons in Sydney AFL, with experience working as a sports trainer for Western Bulldogs, Brisbane Lions and Sandringham Zebras.
